"I've spent nearly 20 years helping organisations move from A to B. The honest truth I've taken from that: the gap between where organisations want to go and where they end up is almost never about the quality of the strategy. It's about execution.
That insight led me to found Ascent Delivery - a boutique transformation advisory helping executive leaders and their teams align strategic priorities, build the delivery systems to execute effectively, and realise the benefits of their transformation investments.
My career has given me an unusual vantage point. I've been on both sides of the table. I started in management consulting at Litmus Group before moving in-house, spending four years overseeing a $120m+ strategic portfolio at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and then building a 30-person PMO from the ground up at Federation University Australia. That combination of consulting rigour and internal accountability shapes how I work."

The name Ascent reflects the belief that meaningful progress is achieved through clarity of direction, disciplined execution and sustained effort. Inspired by a passion for long-distance hiking and mountainous environments, the concept of an ascent mirrors the reality of organisational transformation: success rarely comes from a single initiative, but through a series of deliberate steps that build momentum towards a shared objective.
